सात हजार कर्मचारियों की भर्ती करेगा शिक्षा विभाग, निदेशालय ने भेजा प्रस्ताव

प्रारंभिक शिक्षा विभाग में सात हजार बहुउद्देशीय कर्मचारियों की भर्ती होगी। अंशकालिक जलवाहकों के पद डाइंग काडर होने से सरकार ने यह फैसला लिया है। बहुउद्देश्यीय कर्मचारियों से स्कूलों में विभिन्न तरह के काम लिए जाएंगे। मंत्रिमंडल की मंजूरी के लिए प्रारंभिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने यह प्रस्ताव भेजा है। यह जलवाहक के अलावा हर तरह का काम करेंगे। 



विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र के दौरान सरकाघाट के भाजपा विधायक कर्नल इंद्र सिंह के सवाल के जवाब में शिक्षा मंत्री सुरेश भारद्वाज ने बताया था कि हिमाचल के स्कूलों में अंशकालिक जलवाहकों को लगाने की पॉलिसी 1991-92 से है। 14 साल से कर्मचारियों को नियमित करने की नीति है।



जिन लोगों को नियमित कर दिया जाता है, उनके पद खुद ही समाप्त हो जाते हैं। ये भर्तियां नियम 12 के अनुसार की जा रही थीं, लेकिन 15 मई 2015 के हाईकोर्ट के एक आदेश के बाद नियम 12 निकाल दिया गया था। अंशकालिक जलवाहकों के पद डाइंग काडर हैं।




इन पदों को केवल वहीं भरा जा रहा है, जहां किन्हीं कारणों से इनकी रिक्तियां हैं। इसी कड़ी में अब प्रारंभिक शिक्षा विभाग ने बहुउद्देश्यीय कर्मचारियों की भर्ती करने का फैसला लिया है। संभावित है कि अगले माह होने वाली मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में इसको मंजूरी दी जाएगी।


Seven thousand multipurpose employees will be recruited in the Department of Elementary Education. The government has taken this decision due to the post-dyeing cadre of part-time water carriers. In response to the question of BJP legislator Colonel Indra Singh of Sarkaghat during the monsoon session of the assembly, Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj had said that the policy of installing part-time water carriers in Himachal's schools is from 1991-92. There is a policy of regularizing employees for 14 years.



Those who are regularized, their positions end on their own. These recruitments were being made according to Rule 12, but after an order of the High Court of 15 May 2015, Rule 12 was removed. The posts of part-time navigators are dyeing cadres.





These posts are being filled only where there are vacancies for any reason. In this series, the Department of Elementary Education has now decided to recruit multi-purpose employees. It is likely that it will be approved in the cabinet meeting next month.
